Cornrow is a type of braid in which the hair is braided very close to the scalp, using an underhand, upward motion to make a continuous, raised row. Cornrows are often done in simple, straight lines, as the term implies, but they can also be styled in elaborate geometric or curvilinear designs.

3. Faux locs

Faux locs are installed by twisting or braiding the real hair and then adding additional hair around the shaft of the braid/twist.

This hair is curly and bouncy and that's what will give you the characteristics loops that brings about the name butterfly locs.

5. Knotless box braid
